You should never shoot after drinking and if you drink after shooting you MUST wash your hands to avoid the potential for lead consumption. With alcohol do not drink and drive, with firearms always keep the muzzle pointed in a safe direction, always keep your finger off the trigger until ready to fire, always keep the firearm unloaded until ready to use, and know your target and what lies beyond the target!
