An indictment came down on March 1 for three people in Pennsylvania for straw purchases of firearms from January 2015 until October 2015 involving multiple purchases. What I’m scratching my head about it why it took until March 2016 for the charges to be brought against the men. One had no business being on the street after an incident in 2012. I can see if they threatened a person to go in and purchase a single firearm from a single store, but reports indicate it was 12 or more occasions. I hope in this case they get some serious jail time unlike the Dontray Mills fiasco. As much as I don’t wish to see new firearms laws, I want to see the current laws upheld and prosecuted. Criminals make life difficult for the rest of us!
