It appears I forgot to mention the December Foothills IPA of the Month. I actually drained the bottle on December 10, but let it slip through the cracks. The dog for December was picked early in 2015 and Violet was diagnosed with bone cancer and passed away in April. The double IPA was 8.7% ABV and boasted a bitterness of 88 IBU. The beer was delicious, some claimed it was the best one yet, and while I found it tasty, there were others which were the bombdiggity. It still may lurk on the back of a dusty shelf somewhere and if you run across it should hold up well enough. This marked the end of the IPA of the Month series and I am sad to see it go, but I can understand after making 24 different IPAs the brewery might want to try other styles.
