Last week I found a Sake restaurant in Asheville and last night I hit that puppy again. About all I know of Sake is it comes from fermented rice and it is delicious. From what I can gather the process is fairly straightforward and consists of a mold fermentation and a yeast fermentation and several steps are required to ensure success. Anyway if you get a chance to try out some Sake, give it a whirl. I doubt I try to make some, but I did enjoy drinking it!
