I did not realize there were so many soccer fans in the US until last night when I went to one of my haunts which is generally a ghost town on a Monday and could not find a seat in the dining room at all. Luckily I found one at the bar and was able to be served in short order. The beers were flying out of the taps and I saw more poured in a one hour period than any other time I had been in that establishment. Even got into the game in the last few minutes. Who knew?
