I happened upon an AP article which was entitled WHAT SHOULD YOU DO IF CONFRONTED WITH A GUNMAN? and thought I was about to read something informative and earth shattering. As it turns out their message is if you can to run away. This is not news, Homeland Security released an excellent video sometime back entitled Run Hide Fight. I guess there are some people who will get deer in the headlights syndrome and not run away or some who have a superhero syndrome and think they can rush in and save the day, but the advice to leave the area is sound. Unfortunately it is not news, sorry AP.
