I’ll bet you thought I had some kind of political statement today. Wrong! I just saw the movie White House Down and was pleased with the use of the firearms in the movie and the variety presented. There were some liberties taken as there always are, but all in all a pretty good flick. I’m a little ashamed I didn’t spot the SR9C in one scene until I checked out the IFMDB to see what all was used. I especially liked early in the movie when he removed the magazine of his Glock and then cleared the firearm putting the pistol, magazine, and ejected cartridge in the secured container. It you haven’t seen it the movie is pretty much action with a little bit of comedy. Parts are far-fetched, but I found it enjoyable. Give it a couple of hours of your time and you will at least be entertained.
