Luckily I don’t live or work in South Carolina and Kentucky and won’t be there on election day. If I did or was planning a trip there on Tuesday, election day, I would find the place dry as a bone. Now I understand polling places were once bars, but today that simply isn’t the case. So let’s say your candidate doesn’t make the cut, you better already have that purchase made. Heck, let’s say your candidate wins and you want to celebrate, nope, no alcohol for you either on election day. I thought we repealed prohibition a long time ago, but every now and then a little known alcohol law pops up to remind us just how backward our country once was and still is in some states.
